Andreea has over 11 years of experience in the intellectual property field, assisting both Romanian and foreign companies with management, prosecution and contentious matters in respect of their trademarks, designs and domain names portfolios.

Advises clients in complex projects, including domain name and copyright dispute resolution, unfair competition litigation, worldwide re-branding projects, applications for action before the Romanian National Customs Authority and customs enforcement actions, as well as IP due diligence and IP transactional projects.
