To this end, since 2020 the firm has implemented its Diversity, Inclusion and Sustainability Squad, which has been working directly on issues related to social inclusion, involving topics such as race, gender, people with disabilities, LGBTQIA+, as well as addressing issues of sustainability and responsibility. corporate social.

This Squad is formed by a group of professionals, democratically chosen, who meet periodically to discuss and promote actions that contribute to raising awareness and ending prejudice in society.

Concretely, this Squad has already promoted lectures for the firm's internal public, carried out solidarity campaigns, such as the donation of hygiene and feminine health products to the most vulnerable population, and maintains permanent sustainability actions involving the collection and disposal of materials, such as medicines, electronics, cell phone batteries, batteries, coffee capsules, and others. In addition, the Squad is operationalized the contracting of the company Minhoca Urbana, specialized in composting, to collect and treat the organic waste produced at its headquarters. This material is transformed into fertilizer, with 100% use of organic residues, avoiding polluting the soil and reducing the emission of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere.

Finally, the Squad also works in partnership with entities, such as the NGO Inova, for example, providing free legal support to the community.
