Guilherme has more than 10 years of practice in the areas of Corporate Law and Dispute Resolution. His previous experience includes working in his own law firm whose clients were incorporated by RMMG Advogados.

Guilherme has been a visiting researcher in the Max Planck Institute for Comparative and International Private Law. Guilherme is author of the Article “Function of the Bankruptcy and Restructuring Law in Brazilian Private Law” in the Revista de Direito Empresarial e Recuperacional, v. 4, 2017 and of the Article “A critical approach to article 219, paragraph 5 CPC” in the Revista de Processo, v. 212, 2012.

Brazilian Bar Association, Rio Grande do Sul and São Paulo Sections (OAB/RS e OAB/SP). Member of the Brazilian Arbitration Comitee and of the Turnaround Management Association from Brazil.
