He has extensive experience in legal advice and dispute resolution, mainly in matters related to unfair trade, anticompetitive practices, mergers, commercial issues and government contracts before the administrative jurisdiction, the Competition Authority (the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce) and Arbitral Tribunals.
He was a legal analyst for the publishing of the book “General Contracting Statute for Public Administration,” the “Code of Administrative Procedure,” and the “Contract Yearbooks” for the years 1995 and 1996 (Derecho Vigente Ltda).
