We are family law specialists with many years of experience in handling the full range of issues that arise upon separation or divorce. Edward Cooke Family Law was founded in 2018 by Edward Cooke and has since grown to become one of the leading family law firms on the South Coast, as recognised by The Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners.

The firm continue to receive national recognition for their work, having been shortlisted for a number of national awards, and being named Boutique Family Law Firm of the Year 2024. Edward Cooke was highly commended as Family Mediator of the Year 2024 and named Family Law Partner of the Year 2023.

Whilst some clients are locally based, we have close links with respected family law professionals in London and further afield and other clients are from across the country.

Our team includes three directors, Edward Cooke, Michelle Lewis and Lauren Guy, alongside a dedicated team of family solicitors, mediators and support staff, all of whom have a wealth of specialist family law experience.
