Wiliam Daniel Cervantes Díaz, a lawyer and consultant expert in administrative procedures, with solid experience in regulatory compliance before federal and state authorities. Currently, he is an associate at Lammoglia Abogados S.C., where his main focus is advising on administrative, sanitary, environmental and intellectual property law, as well as in the areas of standardization and quality infrastructure, advertising, and compliance systems regarding sustainability and ESG factors.

His area of expertise covers the management of regulations related to establishments, processes and operations of various industries, such as food, beverages, food supplements, drugs, medical devices, cosmetics, fertilizers, pesticides, clinical and health services, among others.

Among the projects he has successfully led are the development of regulatory compliance strategies and customized models for regulatory compliance adapted to the needs of clients, the development of comprehensive plans for regulatory compliance in the importation and marketing of products, as well as obtaining authorizations and certifications before various authorities such as IMPI and COFEPRIS, among others.

In the field of advertising, he has advised important companies in the food and beverage industry and health supplies on the analysis of advertising projects, as well as on the management and obtaining of permits for complex advertising campaigns and projects.

In terms of sustainability and ESG factors, he has been involved in the design of compliance systems, as well as in the implementation of reviews and audits that have allowed companies to operate under sustainability standards ad hoc to their needs.
