Wiliam Daniel Cervantes Díaz, a lawyer and consultant expert in administrative procedures, with solid experience in regulatory compliance before federal and state authorities. Currently, he is an associate at Lammoglia Abogados S.C., where his main focus is advising on administrative, sanitary, environmental and intellectual property law, as well as in the areas of standardization and quality infrastructure, advertising, and compliance systems regarding sustainability and ESG factors.
His area of expertise covers the management of regulations related to establishments, processes and operations of various industries, such as food, beverages, food supplements, drugs, medical devices, cosmetics, fertilizers, pesticides, clinical and health services, among others.
