Dionysia diligently handles all matters regarding real estate property transfer and donation, tax planning regarding property transfer and estate planning, probation and drafting of wills, incorporation of companies under Greek Law, drafting of Power of Attorneys, filing of all relevant tax declarations, registering the contracts with the offices of Records and Deeds and the Cadaster.

In the past Dionysia has worked as a Lawyer in the banking and construction sector, with expertise on civil and corporate law, both in relation to litigation and contingent matters. She also has dealt with international tax planning matters for multinational clients.
