Constantinos is the Founder and Managing Partner of Varnavas Law Firm. Through his over 40 years of law practice, he has achieved to acquire deep knowledge in every law-related aspect. Eva is a Senior Associate at Varnavas Law Firm 1978 and a skilled legal advisor with vast experience in all matters in Real Estate Law as well as Investment Migration Law. Eva is responsible for the supervision and overall monitoring of each case in order to ensure the smooth and unhindered progress. She is specialized in providing legal advice and support in regards to tax law while at the same time taking care of the relevant compliance with the banking laws and anti-money laundering regulations. She has extensive experience in translating legal documents, especially contracts and judicial decisions, from Greek to English and vice versa, and she has published articles in various law journals. 
Nayia Tsitoura
Nayia (Panayiota) is an Associate lawyer at Varnavas Law Firm 1978, who specializes in International Private Law, Real Estate Law and Golden Visa law providing legal advice in relation to Inheritance Law (wills, trust and estates). She also has considerable experience in regards to citizenship issues such as the Citizenship-by-Investment program and citizenship through the naturalization process. She manages the law firm’s private client portfolio and carries out drafting, filing and prosecution of applications and other documents across all fields, with specialization to real estate and business immigration. She is engaged in the filing of new applications for property registration, as also to prepare the documentation in order to apply for residence permits for property owners. Nayia also provides support with the legal research and Due-Diligence. Furthermore, her main duties expand to include constant communication and coordination with clients and associates from all around the globe. She is a member of the Athens Bar Association and is also an active member of the legal support team of WWF Hellas. She holds a master’s degree in European Union Law. Nayia speaks English, French and Spanish.
