Adam McRae-Taylor
Adam specialises in employment and education law and advise on issues such as unfair dismissal, discrimination cases, safeguarding, parent contracts and data protection issues including in relation to the GDPR. His approach is to work with schools and charities to ensure that they are managing their staff fairly and lawfully, as a happy workforce. This not only helps an organisation thrive and grow, but also prevents managers from being distracted by disputes. Where contentious issues do arise, he is experienced in employment tribunal litigation and I regularly advise on employment claims such as unfair dismissal, whistleblowing and discrimination. He trained and qualified in employment law with a Magic Circle firm in London. Before joining the Schools & Charities Team at Moore Barlow LLP, he spent two years working in-house for a charity which gave him an invaluable perspective on how to provide practical advice on the issues charities commonly face.
Andrew Reid
Andrew is an associate solicitor with the professional negligence department. When people have been let down by professionals, they will inevitably be nervous about who to trust, and will likely need support to understand what their options are and how best to go forward. Andrew reviews their situation with them, advises on their options, and helps them manage and resolve their claims, enabling them to make informed decisions along the way. His clients are a wide-ranging variety of businesses and individuals who have been let down by other professionals, and who have suffered significant financial losses as a result.
Anna Iceton
Anna is a Partner in the firm’s market leading property disputes team with almost 20 years’ experience in all areas of contentious real estate. She has a particular focus on disputes in the telecommunications sector with several highly reported cases in this area. Residential claims are also of particular interest, including all aspects of service charge management and structuring. Although disputes are sometimes unavoidable, she works closely with clients to find commercial and pragmatic solutions to issues deploying a solution based and risk avoidance outlook to all matters including exploring all available ADR options. She has led successful high-profile cases, including Nazirali Tejani v Fitzroy Place Residential Limited*, where the team successfully defended a multi-million-pound claim by an owner of an apartment in the luxury Fitzroy Place development against claims in nuisance, negligence, breach of contract and of quiet enjoyment, resulting in the dismissal of the claim. *This case was during Anna’s time at BCLP Law Anna joined Berwin Leighton Paisner LLP (now Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP) on qualification as a solicitor, where she was promoted to Associate Director in 2021. She's also a member of the Property Litigation Association and Women in Property. Outside of work she loves spending time with her family and all the activities that come with having two active children (football, rugby, Guides and aerial skills to name a few) plus getting outdoors whether that’s walking the dog, gardening or the latest DIY project.
Anne Cassidy
Anne worked as a Junior Hospital Doctor before she decided to study law and spent the first twelve years of her legal career advising the NHS on the fair management of clinical claims.  She is accredited by the Law Society as a clinical negligence specialist. She has been representing patients and their families since 2005. Her aim, obviously, is to secure an unarguably good result for all clients with a minimum of stress and confrontation. She may not be able to change the sad fact that avoidable injury has occurred, but she can make sure that the legal system does its job of providing security and opportunity for the future. Anne is also a firm believer that as a lawyer she can play her part in improving patient safety through her work with medical charities and her engagement with care providers.
Benjamin Millward
Ben is a Senior associate solicitor in our Commercial dispute resolution team, as well as being the co-head and co-founder of our Sports Law sector group. He assists clients with all manner of commercial disputes, including: complex contractual disputes, boardroom / shareholder disputes and debt recovery. He has over 12 years’ experience in the latter, having assisted clients across numerous sectors in recovering their trade debts. Much of his work involves a cross-board element. He assists and advises his clients throughout all stages of their commercial disputes or debt recovery claims, from preliminary advice and pre-action steps through to the enforcement of judgments. He also regularly advises and assists clients with issuing compulsory liquidation proceedings (winding-up and bankruptcy) against debtors. His experience enables him to provide commercially sensible advice to clients, including on how best to utilise Alternative Dispute Resolution. However, if a claim is disputed he can guide clients through the court process all the way to trial. As co-head and co-founder of the Sports Law sector group, he has experience in advising clients in the sports sector with their disputes. This can include matters such as those described above but also regulatory / disciplinary proceedings.
Beverley Cullis
Beverley is an experienced family lawyer, specialising in children related matters. She has expertise in dealing with complex child arrangements following family break up, including acting for grandparents. She also represents parents in leave to remove cases, where one parent wishes to live abroad with the children or elsewhere in the UK. She has a particular interest in surrogacy arrangements. She can assist and advise parents through the process of applying for a parental order or advising during the fertility process. She is regularly involved in child abduction cases, both representing the left behind parent or the parent who has removed the children from their place of habitual residence. She also advises and assists clients through the divorce/civil partnership dissolution process including settlement of the financial aspects of separation, whether that be via non-court dispute resolution or through the court process. This includes separation involving couples who are not married. In addition, she drafts cohabitation agreements for unmarried clients who are planning to live together. The family team at Moore Barlow firmly believe in trying to deal with matters as amicably as possible, as the situation surrounding family breakdown is already difficult enough.
Charlotte Brackley
Charlotte buys and sells high value rural property: large country houses with land, farms and landed estates. She has worked in rural property for almost 20 years, having begun her career in the City at leading firms Withers LLP and then Forsters LLP. She acts for high net worth individuals and families, private companies and trusts in connection with their rural property transactions. She provides a bespoke service with a strong emphasis on client care: her clients are supported and guided throughout each transaction to help ensure that we reach a timely and successful outcome. She takes the time to get to know her clients and the property, which often includes walking the boundary with them and their agent to get a proper sense of what will be the key elements of the transaction – both from a client and a property law perspective. When she's not at my desk, climbing over boundary fences, or acting as taxi service to my two school age children, she enjoys walking, watching films and baking.
Charlotte Millard
Charlotte qualified as a Solicitor in 2008 and as a Mediator in 2012. She is committed to assisting clients in a constructive and non-confrontational way wherever possible to achieve the best outcomes, particularly where children are involved.  She is aware that it is very stressful whenever a relationship breaks down and she will provide tailored and robust advice to navigate through the uncertainty and emotional challenges in a cost-effective way considering all options available and your desired outcome. She has a network of other professionals to call upon where needed to provide specific advice to deal with pensions and businesses or property. She represents clients at all stages of the divorce and separation process and deal with obtaining financial remedy orders including negotiation and providing advice.  She also represents clients in relation to disputes involving their children, from providing constructive suggestions to representing at Court where necessary. She is also able to advise on cohabitation agreements and pre-nuptial agreements. As a qualified Mediator, she can also provide information on mediation and many other alternative dispute resolution options. Outside work she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, cycling and walking in the New Forest where she lives. She enjoys sport and play netball and is involved with Sway Cricket Club.
Chris Marsden
Chris is a partner and head of the property litigation team, advising clients on all areas of real estate litigation and dispute resolution. His clients include developers, owners, property institutions, financial institutions, hoteliers, retailers and insolvency practitioners. Clients often come to Chris for advice on high-value and complex disputes relating to the use and occupation of land. He advises clients on lease renewals, claims relating to breach of covenant, rent and service charge recovery and real estate insolvency issues. In addition, he advise on construction disputes, including adjudications and arbitration.
Claire Wagstaff
Claire is a Senior associate in the employment team, qualified in 2010. Her clients range from companies to individuals, and she advises on all aspects of employment law. She drafts and negotiates settlement packages, contracts of employment and provides general advisory support to HR. She advises on Tribunal claims, employment rights and obligations, redundancies and restructures, restrictive covenants and provides corporate support and TUPE advice on the employment aspects of transactions. She enjoys watching rugby and football and travelling to New Zealand.
Claire Haverfield
Claire is an experienced partner and helps businesses and individuals deal with and find effective resolutions to a wide range of disputes. Her clients are both businesses and individuals who come to her for advice regarding commercial disputes, professional negligence claims, intellectual property, and disputes arising out of wills, inheritance and trusts. Businesses of all sizes come to Claire for advice concerning contract disputes, warranty claims and IT disputes. She also advises clients on claims against solicitors or other professionals who have been negligent. Claire has acted on behalf of clients in relation to intellectual property disputes concerning copyright, patents, trademarks, passing off, and breach of confidence. She also advises private clients who have disputes arising out of wills, intestacy and trusts. In particular, Claire advises clients on claims against executors/trustees, will validity disputes and claims under the inheritance (provision for family and dependents) act 1975. Damian Horan

Damian  is  a vastly experienced neuro trauma solicitor who has successfully concluded some of the most complex and high value brain and spinal cord injury claims in the UK in recent years. Widely regarded as one of the most experienced catastrophic injury solicitors in the UK, I have an incredibly successful track record in achieving fantastic outcomes for the clients I represent. All my cases are brought in the High Court in London and almost all of the settlements I achieve result in seven and eight figure compensation payments for my clients. There are few solicitors in the country who can match the experience I have acquired over the last 30 years dealing with complex personal injury claims. His  clients come from across the UK and internationally, and I have significant experience of acting in cases where the injury was sustained abroad, or where liability is denied. He has particular experience and expertise of acting in cases where there is both a severe spinal cord and brain injury trauma. He has acted for many years as a professional deputy and understand the interface between the litigation claim process and the court of protection for our clients who lack capacity to conduct their own litigation or manage their financial affairs. Daniel Baker
Daniel is a senior associate solicitor in the dispute resolution team. He is also co-head our sports law sector group. He joined Moore Barlow and the firm’s dispute resolution team in 2018, having trained and qualified at a leading regional law firm in Guildford. He is experienced in advising on a wide range of cases, including and involving commercial contractual disputes, contested debt recovery, corporate shareholder/director disputes and insolvency proceedings. His experience extends to high-value and complex litigation before the High Court in addition to handling claims before the County Court. He enjoys working closely with individuals and businesses to provide clear, strategic and commercial advice in relation to challenging contentious issues. He is conscious of the occasionally daunting and business-critical nature of disputes for some clients, therefore his priority is to ensure that disputes are resolved as quickly and efficiently as possible, including through the use of alternative dispute resolution processes such as mediation. As co-head of the sports law group he is experienced in handling all types of sports litigation matters, including those involving major sporting governing bodies and in respect of disciplinary proceedings. He has represented elite-level coaches, and high-profile clubs and organisations in the sports sector. David Thompson
A consultant colicitor, David specialises in regulatory law, professional misconduct and health and safety. David Foster
Partner and head of the litigation department; leads the firm’s extensive litigation practice; has 20 years’ civil litigation experience and has acted on complex cases on banking, lending, property, planning, ethics and human rights; David is a nationally known mediator, having been actively involved in the field since 1996 with a success rate of 90% and on a range of commercial cases. Debra Emery

Dorothy Agnew
Dorothy is a partner and specialises in Information Technology, Telecommunications, Intellectual Property, Data Protection and Privacy. In particular she advises on IT and non-IT outsourcing agreements, development and commercialisation of new technologies, eCommerce, and the protection and exploitation of intellectual property rights. Edward Whittington

Emma Edis

Emma Potter
Emma has many years of experience representing adults and children, who have had accidents, no matter how they have happened. Her particular specialism is chronic pain conditions (the physical and psychological aspects) and in particular Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS). She is also interested in accidents at work and the associated health and safety issues. She is also quite happy to take over cases from other firms of solicitors. It is important to work with clients to understand what is in their best interests and what they want and need out of pursuing a personal injury claim. Out of the office, her two boys keep her busy! If she then has any spare time, she enjoys growing her own fruit and vegetables and cooking the results, for family and friends.
Esther Millard
Esther specialises in handling professional negligence claims on behalf of both businesses and individuals. She has particular and extensive experience with claims against chartered surveyors and solicitors, and has successfully resolved a large number of such claims during the many years that she has specialised in this area. She also advises on a variety of commercial disputes, including contractual disputes, insurance coverage disputes, disputes involving independent schools and defamation claims. She also sits as a Deputy District Judge on the South Eastern Circuit. Emma studied Law at Queens’ College Cambridge, spent her training contract at Clifford Chance in the City, and then worked for five years at a West End media law firm in London, before moving to Moore Barlow (then Barlow Robbins) in 2006. Outside work, she enjoys writing and illustrating children’s stories, swimming and sewing.
Fadwa Errhioui
Fadwa is a Partner in the firm’s serious injury team and specialises in high value, complex claims representing both adults and children. She is passionate about the work she does and helps her clients with arranging private medical treatment, rehabilitation and securing the best possible settlement. Fadwa's clients are nationwide and she likes to maintain regular contact by visiting them at their home, in hospital or at rehabilitation centres. As most of her clients have suffered life changing injuries, Fadwa's primary concern is always to ensure they have early access to rehabilitation and treatment. She puts in place a team of support to help optimise their recovery and takes a proactive approach liaising and meeting with the therapists, case managers and consultants. She always looks to secure early interim payments where possible as she understands just how difficult life can be for her clients and their families following an accident. Fadwa works closely with charities and frequently participates in their fund raising events.
Fiona Heald
Fiona is a partner in the private wealth department that ensures that her clients are given a voice so that they are able to achieve what they wish. She prides herself on providing a highly personalised service to ensure that whatever legal issues my clients may face, they are fully informed and receive the right advice at the right time. Fiona's clients are predominantly elderly people and, where appropriate, their carers. Flavia Mongiello
Flavia is a private wealth solicitor with experience in advising domestic and international clients on wills, lasting powers of attorney and probate matters. She is passionate about providing assistance to individuals and families during difficult times. She grew up in Italy and moved to the UK in 2015 to pursue a legal career abroad. She completed her law degree at the University of Reading graduating with a first class, and the legal practice course with LLM in Professional practice in Guildford, obtaining a distinction. She qualified as a solicitor in December 2021. She is bilingual and able to assist clients in English as well as Italian. In her spare time, she likes travelling, spending time with family friends and reading.
George Shepherd
George is a Senior associate solicitor in the schools and charities team, specialising in governance and transactional work for independent schools and charities. He advises national and local charities on incorporation, mergers, dissolution and other governance issues. His work also includes dealing with a wide range of charity property transactions including acquisitions, disposals, leases and secured lending. In his work, he looks to understand the big picture of what his clients are trying to achieve so his advice can be tailored to them. He also seeks to make the application of charity law as straightforward as possible. He trained as a solicitor with Moore Barlow, gaining experience in commercial property, corporate work and litigation, alongside charity law. Prior to that, he worked in the commercial property sector for a number of years. Outside work, his wife and he belong to a church in Guildford. He also enjoys playing a number of sports including golf, tennis and cycling.
Gordon Reid
I lead the charities team. I work with charities and independent schools of all shapes and sizes, advising on all aspects of charity law and practice – initial formation and registration, day-to-day advice on constitutional and governance issues, mergers, dealing with charity property and dissolution. I regularly run training sessions for trustees and governors, helping them to better understand their role and responsibilities. I seek to get to know my clients well, to understand their priorities and challenges. I serve as a trustee for a number of faith-based organisations and two of Guildford’s oldest charities, this hands-on experience enables me to give practical advice to clients.
Graham Wilson
Partner in the commercial property department dealing with a wide range of real property transactions, including the acquisition, disposal and letting of business premises, higher value residential matters and development work.
Heather Dobson
Heather is a partner and head of insolvency and restructuring. She also holds a non-appointment-taking insolvency licence. Heather works with insolvency practitioners, directors, individuals, lenders, landlords, trade creditors, and other stakeholders, and has experience of a broad range of corporate and personal insolvency procedures, and rescue and restructuring strategies. She also works with companies and shareholders on solvent liquidations and tax efficient exit-planning. Heather loves building strong relationships with clients; working collaboratively with them to understand what it is important to them, both commercially and personally, and helping them achieve their objectives. In Chambers & Partners she is ranked as a “Leading Individual” and in Legal 500 as a “Next Generation Lawyer”. She has been independently recognised for her technical acumen, pragmatism, ability to achieve results, and strong client and interpersonal skills. Delivering presentations and training to the insolvency profession is something she does frequently, (for example at R3 and SESCA conferences, and in-house to insolvency practitioner clients and their teams).
Helen Archibald
Partner in the commercial property department dealing with a wide range of transactions, including commercial landlord and tenant renewals, leases, surrenders; freehold acquisitions and sales and general commercial property development. Also specialises in high-value residential transactions, option agreements and residential property development. Executive partner of the firm with responsibility for ensuring that strategy is implemented by the various departments and business services teams.
Helen Goatley
Partner acting for claimants in maximum severity personal injury claims and clinical negligence cases. She has achieved a particular reputation for her work on behalf of the victims of brain injury and was for many years the chairman of APIL’s brain injury group. She has had notable successes in heavily disputed cerebral palsy claims.
James Glasper
James works in the serious injury team specialising in supporting clients who have suffered injuries of maximum severity as a result of negligence. His clients are children and adults who have suffered severe injury including spinal cord injuries, severe head injuries and serious orthopaedic injuries. He also represents the families of individuals who have died. James works on many multi-million pound claims, and has particular expertise in personal injury, catastrophic injuries, severe burns and orthopaedic injury claims. he also has expertise in fatal accident claims including coroners’ inquests. James has extensive experience in representing clients in high value and complex cases and has specialist experience in cases where accidents have occurred at sea meaning there are complex jurisdictional issues. He regularly represents clients at court hearings himself. He has also developed relationships with leading barristers whom he can call on when needed. He works closely with the partners of the firm, in particular senior partner, Damian Horan.
Jan Galloway
Jan has over 30 years experience in all aspects of family law. As of May 2023 she practises solely as a mediator having taken a step back from litigation. She has trained as a mediator with Resolution and with FMA. She is a member of the Family Mediation Council. Her clients continue to be drawn from many different professions and industry sectors, both in the UK and abroad, and are often high net worth individuals with assets in more than one country. She has worked with clients encompassing all aspects of family law, assisting them when sadly the relationship has broken down and supporting them through the process of securing a financial settlement, often involving complex financial structures and making arrangements for the children. That wealth of experience underpins the knowledge and support she now brings the couple in the mediation forum. Relationship breakdown can be emotional and distressing for all. She provides clients with a sympathetic and understanding approach and ensure that their discussions are respectful, forward looking and child centred. Her role as mediator is to move the family forward towards a resolution acceptable to all. She has also trained as a coach with Barefoot a fully accredited course provider and she is a member of the International Coaching Federation. She specialises in coaching individuals going through a divorce or separation. As such she also has an understanding of what issues one may be facing and the emotions at play which may create a challenge within the mediation forum and she can assist the couple manage that, offering a better prospect of success. She is also studying a degree in Humanistic counselling to enhance and support the skills and experience she can bring to the mediation process. She is passionate about family law and the positive evolution of the same towards dispute resolution and keeping families away from the courts, save where entirely necessary. She has a large network of professionals both in the UK and other jurisdictions who can help inform the couple to assist them achieve resolution of all the issues they are facing, providing a full package of support at what can be a very difficult and testing time.
Jeremy Over
Jeremy is an experienced and dynamic company lawyer delivering strategic legal solutions to his clients to help them achieve their commercial objectives. His clients are companies requiring legal expertise to help them with a wide range of acquisitions, disposals and fundraisings. Jeremy also helps his clients with shareholders’ agreements, general company law, insolvency matters, partnerships and LLPs, and financial services matters. Jo Farr
Jo has worked as a property lawyer for over 15 years building up technical know how and wide connections with property professionals both locally and further afield. Her work usually involves one or more of the following: sales and acquisitions, commercial leases; development work and property finance. She deals with a wide client base from local independent retailers to investment landlords and from property developers to banks, which means she is able to see transactions from various perspectives. She takes the time to get to know herclients and their businesses so that she can understand their priorities and concerns. She doesn't stand on ceremony and has always found that a no nonsense approach gets the best results. At home Jo enjoys all kinds of sport including rock climbing and triathlon. She has a sense of adventure so she likes to travel as often as she can. Otherwise she is kept busy with her lovely children.
Joanna Farrands
As a Partner and Family Solicitor at Moore Barlow LLP, Joanna has over 17 years of experience in dealing with family matters, including divorce, financial matters, high net worth cases, international cases, private children law matters, child abduction, removal from the jurisdiction, and surrogacy matters. She has achieved the Law Society advanced family law accreditation in respect of private children law matters and child abduction, and she is a collaboratively trained family lawyer and a member of the Surrey Resolution committee. Her mission is to work with people going through difficult family breakdowns to help them achieve a solution and resolution that works for them. Karen Barham
Karen describes herself as a peacemaker and a deal broker. She joined Moore Barlow LLP (formerly Barlow Robbins LLP) in 2006 bringing considerable knowledge and experience as a family lawyer, having specialised in this area for over 35 years. She practises exclusively as a mediator and parenting coordinator assisting couples and families when relationships break down. She grasps the issues quickly and has a high success rate. Lee Edwards
Lee is a highly experienced partner working in property. He specialises in supporting clients with all aspects of land development and secured lending work. Lee's clients are developers (national, regional and local) and funders (clearing bank and specialist). He provides solutions for whatever issues they face. Lisa Green
Anna deals with a wide range of complex contentious wills and trust disputes, including validity disputes involving lack of testamentary capacity, undue influence, want of knowledge and approval and fraud. She has many years’ experience both in High Court litigation and mediation. She further advises and assists clients on claims for financial provision under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975, as well as claims arising on intestacy (the absence of a valid will). Lisa acts on applications for the removal and/or replacement of executors and trustees, maladministration claims, and other disagreements arising during the administration of an estate or the life of a trust. She also deals with contentious Court of Protection applications (e.g. contested statutory wills or disputed Enduring Powers of Attorney and Deputyships). She acts for a variety of clients including spouses, partners and relatives of individuals who have died, minor beneficiaries, as well as executors, trustees and charities, in relation to disputed legacies and will contests. She is a trustee of two charitable trusts, is involved as a volunteer in other charitable work in my local community and church, and enjoy Fell walking in the Lake District and spending time with her family.
Louise Campbell
Louise is a Partner within the Commercial Property team based in Moore Barlow's Southampton office. She has many years of experience in acting for private individuals and businesses in the acquisition of property as owner/occupiers or for investment. Her clients also comprise developers acquiring property for conversion and development to include auction purchases and those with short term funding. In addition, she undertakes landlord and tenant work in the management of investment properties and frequently act for tenants in a wide range of industries when taking leases. Mala Sidebottom
Mala is a Partner and qualified medical doctor, specialising in helping clients who have suffered illness and injury as a result of substandard medical care. The clients she work for are individuals who have experienced injury due to medical negligence and many of the claims have left the client with a permanent disability. She has a particular interest in helping clients with neurological and birth injury claims. She also regularly works on cases involving delay in treating and diagnosing infectious diseases, inadequate consent for surgery and delay in diagnosing hearing loss. She has a successful track record of recovering substantial amounts of compensation on her clients’ behalf. Martin Duck
Martin is a partner and head of commercial real estate. He practices in the land development team and works with some of the country’s leading national and regional house builders. Matthew Claxson
Matthew is an experienced serious injury solicitor who specialises in accessing rehabilitation for people who have suffered major trauma. He also represents at inquest those who have been bereaved. His clients are those who have, through no fault of their own, suffered brain injury, spinal cord injury, limb loss, complex fractures or bereavement either in the UK or abroad. Sarah Jordan
Sarah is a trusted legal adviser to the rural sector,  my client base is focused on acting for families of landed estates, farms, landowners, equestrian businesses and lifestyle clients looking to set up home and connections in the country from a city base. She head up the Rural Services team at Moore Barlow and we are able to provide a full legal service to the rural sector, often by me helping project manage the legal needs of a client and bringing in our wider rural sector team members where appropriate. He is experienced in dealing with cases in both the High Court and Court of Protection. He lives in Surrey with his partner and enjoys spending time with his daughters as well as most sports, especially football and golf.
Susannah Marsh
Susannah is an associate in the firm’s banks and lenders team. She assists major lenders and mortgage providers with complex residential and commercial possession claims, property litigation, shortfall claims and debt recovery. She provides clients with effective solutions and the necessary support and guidance to help them recover their money as quickly and cost-effectively as possible. Thomas Clark
Thomas is a partner specialising in advising TMT businesses in respect of corporate finance and corporate structures. His expertise also extends to complex reorganisations and restructurings having completed a number of high value reorganisations and restructurings in the last 36 months, some of which included loan capitalisations, buyback of shares out of profits and capital, issue of loan notes, as well as members voluntary liquidations. Thomas has also advised on numerous employee incentive arrangements ranging from the former Employee Shareholder Schemes to Enterprise Management Incentives. Trevor Sterling

Vicky Hydon

Zoe's role is to lead an experienced and dedicated plot sales team, integrated with the land development and commercial teams at Moore Barlow, ensuring that clients benefit from innovation and in-depth legal knowledge so they can make the right decisions for their developments. She helps Sales Directors understand the legal intricacies in this complex market, and leads them through their developments in order to realise their objectives and grow their ambitions. This involves a detailed understanding of acquisition, development and sales. She acts for clients ranging from large national developers to bespoke house builders helping them with both traditional builds and modern methods of construction. With over 25 years’ experience in property law transactions, she fully understands the needs of housebuilders, their purchasers and lenders. She has experience and expertise in modular homes. Her aim is always to provide clients with a personally tailored service that exceeds their requirements and expectations. Most of her spare time is dedicated to her family and her daughter.
Zoe Thompson
Zoe is an experienced dispute resolution solicitor and litigator specialising in property disputes representing individuals as well as businesses. She prides herself on providing straight forward jargon free pragmatic advice which is proportionate to her clients’ needs and delivered in a timely manner. When not at work she enjoys travel and listening to live music especially jazz.
