Moore Barlow

Claire is a Senior associate in the employment team, qualified in 2010. Her clients range from companies to individuals, and she advises on all aspects of employment law.

She drafts and negotiates settlement packages, contracts of employment and provides general advisory support to HR. She advises on Tribunal claims, employment rights and obligations, redundancies and restructures, restrictive covenants and provides corporate support and TUPE advice on the employment aspects of transactions.

She enjoys watching rugby and football and travelling to New Zealand.
