Mr. Argov represents various corporations and their officers in criminal cases of cartels before district courts and the Supreme Court. Mr. Argov is very active in civil litigation concerning antitrust cases. He represented Israel biggest bakery in a class action following a cartel case; he represents one of Israel’s biggest dairies in various class actions for excessive pricing of its products; He represents international corporations in class actions of international cartels.
