Nishant Kewalramani is an IP and private equity expert with specific focus on IP protection and IP and technology centric transactions. Besides being an IP and private equity lawyer, Mr. Nishant Kewalramani is a registered Indian Patent Agent.

In addition to being a patent and trademark expert, his expertise also includes other core IP areas such as copyrights, industrial designs, open-source consulting, valuations and entertainment law.

In addition to IP, he also co-leads the corporate commercial and dispute resolution practices of the firm. He has represented a myriad of clients ranging from start-ups to large multinational organizations in multi-layered transactions and has navigated through complex corporate and regulatory compliance issues. A natural extension of his corporate experience has been to advise clients on a regular basis with respect to private equity / investment related matters.
