Ms.Gutiérrez advises both national and foreign companies in the negotiation of real estate projects and is actively involved in drafting, and revising lease, construction, purchase and sale and trust agreements, together with the legal documents required to design and implement the real estate projects.

Junior Associate. Ms. Zuluaga works in drafting and analyzing lease contracts, purchase and sale agreements, trust agreements, and also in revising the urban construction regime throughout the Colombian territory.

Ms. Gaviria has a broad experience in designing legal structures for the acquisition of real estate properties in order to place them into the local market as well as for the development of residential, retail, offices and industrial projects.In addition, Ms. Gaviria has been practicing for more than 12 years real estate, urban planning, notary and registry law. She also has acquired a big recognition from her clients with regards to provide legal advice in condominium regime matters and in designing all legal vehicles required for the development of real estate projects.
