Paralegal

I am a personal injury and clinical negligence Paralegal and assist both of these teams with their cases.

My work includes preparing documents (such as Schedules of Loss, Letters of Instruction and Claim Forms), noting conferences with Counsel and conducting legal research.

I am very new to my legal career.  Having studied at the University of Nottingham and graduating in July 2024, I secured my first paralegal role with Barratts in October 2024.

I am learning new things every day as a paralegal, with each task developing my understanding of the law as I have studied it and how this applies in everyday practice.

I am hoping to qualify as a solicitor in the upcoming years, with a particular interest in either personal injury or clinical negligence.

I enjoy spending time with my family and friends.

My hobbies include music, pub quizzes and puzzles.

I also have a Springer Spaniel called Elvis, so I enjoy taking him out for walks and buying him new toys and treats.
