Soner Nabil KILIÇ has been working as a partner in Sayın Law & Consulting. He hasworked and specialized on both Enforcement Law and Corporate Law, providing legalassistance to our clients, carrying out the necessary follow-up procedures of all legalprocesses and managing his team regarding the subjects of Enforcement and BankruptcyLaw and Corporate Law.

Soner Nabil Kılıç was the group coordinator at the Department of Collection within theSavings Deposit Insurance Fund (“SDIF”), for 10 years between 2002 and 2012. SonerNabil Kılıç has worked on companies in various sector throughout the period of theSDIF and served as a member of the board of directors responsible for legal affairs ofmany energy companies.

While working under the Savings Deposit Insurance Fund, Soner Nabil Kılıç also observedthe needs of over 300 companies and assist those companies by preparingthe necessary documents for their General Assembly, writing and checking the auditreports, drafting the resolutions of Board of Directors and following the applicationprocess of such decisions. He also followed the cases of controlling shareholder thatwere devolved on SDIF and attended courts and provided legal solutions.

In the ongoing process, he prepared and reviewed contracts in both English andTurkish languages, followed the durations of such contracts, worked on company foundations,M&A projects, divisions, provided legal assistance on various subjects withinthe operation of companies such as drafting the resolutions of the Board of Directorsand General Assembly.
