Onur Pajo is a skilled partner with significant experience in all forms of dispute resolution.He is a successful advocate in arbitration and commercial litigation.

He has carved a niche in adjudication and litigation proceedings, but also in the avoidanceand early resolution of disputes through less formal procedures such as mediationand negotiation. He acts for employers, developers and professional teams providingadvice in respect of contractual and common law issues, the drafting of correspondence,claims, counterclaims and defences.

Onur Pajo provides ongoing, practical advice and training to clients, and has vast experiencein the vetting, drafting and negotiation of a range of construction and engineeringcontracts (including the EPC) and in the drafting and review of main contracts,sub-contracts, bonds, guarantees, collateral warranties and terms of business.

Onur Pajo has particular experience acting for both claimants and defendants incomplex, high profile cases involving competition law based claims or defences. Healso assists businesses that find themselves under investigation by Competition Authorityand businesses that are concerned about the way their affairs may have beenconducted.
