Ilhan Kul is recognised as a skilled negotiator with an innovative and energetic approach and an in-depth knowledge of his clients’ business requirements. His experience spans a diverse range of sectors including oil and gas, LNG, CNG and mining. Ilhan Kul primarily advises the energy sector on contractual and common law issues that impact upon a project throughout its lifecycle, from pre-contract through to post-completion, including strategic advice during the design, engineering, construction and development phases.
