Sezen Ergen Breitegger LL.M. is successfully advising international and local investors, in mitigating their risks and optimizing their benefits thanks to her international expertise. She is currently representing major foreign investors with their ventures in Turkey. She also represents clients in international arbitration matters before international arbitration institutions such as the Swiss Chambers' Association and ICC. Before founding BD Lawyers, she had been acting as the head of the Turkish Desk of a very reputed Austrian law firm providing legal consultancy to international investors as well as business people.She is also a member of the Foreign Investments Commission of Istanbul Arbitration Center ISTAC.

After completing her studies at Saint Joseph High School and Galatasaray University, Sezen Ergen Breitegger was awarded the Jean Monnet Scholarship by the European Union to complete her LL.M on the subject of intellectual property at the University of Vienna, which she graduated from with distinction.
