Tom van Dijk has been appointed equity partner as of 1 January 2020 at DVAN Advocaten. He has been working with our firm for more than ten years as a M&A lawyer and has a proven track record. He specializes in mergers & acquisitions, private equity, restructuring, company law and joint ventures.

Tom, awarded Acquisition Lawyer of the year 2019 by acquisition and financing platforms Brookz and Dealsuite, is known for his sharp legal mind, pragmatic eye for the transaction and personal interaction.
