Partner

Stijn van der Stap is a corporate partner in our Rotterdam office. He has a proven track record in the field of (international) transactions, more particular in respect of (private) M&A transactions, joint ventures, contract drafting and negotiations. Stijn is known for his client approach, combining professionalism with empathy.

Stijn completed the advanced post-graduate course Mergers & Acquisitions both the national M&A module and the international M&A module. Stijn also lectures corporate law at the Erasmus School of Law in Rotterdam.

Stijn joined DVAN Advocaten in 2014 as a partner. He previously worked with international law firms Eversheds and Houthoff.
