Nathalie van Hellenberg Hubar advises family owned companies and Dutch and international medium sized enterprises on all aspects of corporate law, including participations/acquisitions, governance and restructuring. Nathalie specialises in venture capital transactions in sustainability, tech and agri & food and is known for her enthusiastic, pragmatic and hands on approach and her excellent organisation skills.

Nathalie started her career at the law firm AKD N.V. in 2011 and previously worked at VDB Law. Nathalie joined DVAN Advocaten in 2016 and she was appointed counsel on 1 June 2023.
