Jorin Hagendoorn is partner of DVAN Advocaten with a track record in the field of insolvency, restructuring and financing. Jorin advises clients on (international) transactions, and more particular in respect of restructuring  and distressed M&A. Jorin is trustee (curator) and substitute judge (rechter plaatsvervanger) at the Court of The Hague.

Jorin is known for his thoroughness and clients appreciate him for his strategic approach and the fact that he always stays sharp.

Jorin started his career at Dirkzwager Advocaten in 1997. He was appointed partner at Schipper Noordam in 2006 and was founding partner of Hoboken Advocaten in 2012. Hoboken Advocaten merged with DVAN in 2017.

Jorin graduated from Utrecht University in 1996.  Jorin concluded the postgraduate course Insolvency Law of INSOLAD/Grotius in 2005 and the post graduate course Financial Economics for Insolvency Lawyers of EUR/INSOLAD in 2010.
