Vincent van den Bos is an experienced attorney-at-law and trustee (curator) of DVAN Advocaten. He is known for his hands-on approach and diligence.

Vincent advises companies on financing, insolvencies, restructuring, Dutch Scheme proceedings and distressed transactions. Vincent is an experienced litigator in commercial disputes and directors’ liability issues. In addition, Vincent is available for appointments as a restructuring expert and observer in Dutch Scheme proceedings.

Vincent started his career at Eversheds Sutherlands Netherlands in 2008. He previously worked at Schipper Noordam Advocaten and Hoboken Advocaten. Hoboken Advocaten merged with DVAN Advocaten in 2017. Vincent was appointed Counsel in 2022.

Vincent graduated from the Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam in 2008. Vincent concluded the postgraduate course Insolvency Law of INSOLAD/Grotius in 2015 and the post graduate course Financial Economics for Insolvency Lawyers of EUR/INSOLAD in 2018. Vincent concluded the specialization course WHOA Restructuring Expert of Leiden Universiteit in 2023.
