• Advising and representing the client from financial services industry sector on a multimillion-dollar dispute against lessee, related to determination of ownership title over complex mining equipment. Parties have concluded court settlement by which lessee basically had recognized the statement of claim of our client.
• Advising and representing the client from mining industry on a high-profile multimillion-dollar dispute against former operator of the mine, regarding the damage compensation and breach of the contract.
• Advising and representing the client from mining industry in several high-profile disputes related to determination of ownership title over mining equipment, fixed assets, and spare parts, as well as regarding compensation of market value of extracted ore.
• Advising the client from real estate industry related to different potential disputes with the tenants of premises in the shopping mall.
• Advising the client from construction industry regarding the major debt collection matter, related to bankruptcy proceedings and assets in multiple jurisdictions.
• Advising the client from mining industry regarding the potential dispute with former landowner, related to acquisition of land in enforcement procedure.
