At HSP.law we believe that diversity is essential for an inspiring, harmonious, and productive work environment. We encourage our staff to be their true selves in terms of race, religion, way of life, political views, language, and sexual orientation. To show how important this is to us we support various equality matters and special occasions like Pride Month and International Women’s Day via donations and events. The way we see it, only by employing people diverse in their thoughts, experiences, and talent, can we collectively bring forth fresh ideas and solve the most intricate problems.

More than 50 per cent of our staff are women, and we employ people of different nationalities and cultural backgrounds. Our lived diversity is mirrored through our clients, as we represent people, organizations, and companies from all over the world. We are part of the worldwide GGI Global Alliance network, which enables us to globally connect with local industry leaders for any international law-related challenge that might arise. We strongly believe that diversity is what makes us successful and unique amongst our competitors.

  • Flexible working hours: At HSP.law, we give our employees the opportunity to adjust their work schedule to their individual needs and commitments by offering flexible working hours.
  • Home-Office: Not only during the Corona pandemic, but also before and after, we ensure our employees’ independence and flexibility by giving them the possibility to work from home. HSP.law has equipped the entire staff with the necessary devices and technologies in order to offer the best home-office work experience.
  • Part-time work models: Unlike many other law firms, we give our employees the opportunity to adapt their working hours to their personal life situations. Be it ambitious single-mums or fathers that are devoted to their families, everyone has equal opportunities to grow and move up the career ladder.
