Cassation lawyer, Ambrogio Panzarella, coordinates the administrative and financial law department at LEXIA, based in Palermo.

He possesses specific experience and expertise in providing extrajudicial and judicial assistance to individuals and businesses in their dealings with public administration. Particularly, throughout his professional career, he has gained significant experience in administrative-accounting liability proceedings before the jurisdictional sections of the Court of Auditors of first and second instance.

Additionally, he has expertise in litigation before the bodies of administrative justice at the first and second instance (concerning concessions, licenses, authorizations, construction and urban planning, anti-mafia interdictions, public procurement, etc.), as well as before the ordinary judge in matters of revocation of contributions and other forms of financial facilitation and incentives granted by the Public Administration for the implementation of investment projects and programs.

After graduating with honors from the Faculty of Law at the University of Palermo, he qualified to practice law and obtained specialization in Legal Professions from the S.S.P.L. “G. Scaduto” at the University of Palermo.
