Particularly, throughout his professional career, he has gained significant experience in administrative-accounting liability proceedings before the jurisdictional sections of the Court of Auditors of first and second instance. Additionally, he has expertise in litigation before the bodies of administrative justice at the first and second instance (concerning concessions, licenses, authorizations, construction and urban planning, anti-mafia interdictions, public procurement, etc.), as well as before the ordinary judge in matters of revocation of contributions and other forms of financial facilitation and incentives granted by the Public Administration for the implementation of investment projects and programs.
Andrea Massimo Maroni
Andrea Massimo Maroni has over ten years of experience in corporate law and financial markets, and is specialized in the sectors of equity capital markets, regulation of financial services, M&A of listed and unlisted companies, as well as venture capital operations. Since 2023 he has been Counsel of LEXIA, of which he has been a member since 2016. He regularly provides assistance in relation to extraordinary operations on the capital market (IPOs, capital increases, purchases of own shares, takeover bids, corporate finance operations involving capital, instruments convertible into capital and equity-linked products, etc.), as well as to start-ups and innovative SMEs in the context of capital raising operations, also through the drafting of the relevant investment agreements. He also assists companies listed in Italy and the related corporate bodies (BoDs, internal committees, boards of auditors) on issues of corporate governance, market abuse, internal dealing, related parties and remuneration, as well as the related shareholders in the negotiation, drafting and publication of shareholder agreements.

Cristian Fischetti
Cristian Fischetti
Cristian Fischetti joined LEXIA as Partner in July 2024 and he is the Head of the Restructuring and Insolvency practice of the Firm since the beginning. Cristian assists clients dealing with complex distressed situations and debt restructuring processes, including turnaround and special situations investments, corporate reorganization plans, debt restructuring agreements, compositions of debts with creditors (in/out of court), M&A and financing of distressed target companies. He specializes in bankruptcy law and corporate restructuring, with a focus on debt restructuring agreements pursuant to art. 182-bis of the Italian Bankruptcy Law (“accordi di ristrutturazione dei debiti” - now art. 57 of the new Italian Insolvency Code), recovery plans pursuant to art. 67, co. 3, lett. d) of the Italian Bankruptcy Law (“piani attestati di risanamento” - now art. 56 of the new Italian Insolvency Code) and compositions of debts with creditors (“concordati preventivi”), both dismissive and with going concern. He also assists clients in bankruptcy proceedings and investors (as non-performing loan companies and turnaround funds) in bankruptcy agreements (“concordati fallimentari”). In addition, Cristian has extensive experience in corporate and commercial law. He also deals with the purchase and assignment of UTP/ NPL receivables, both portfolios and single name exposures. Cristian is enrolled in the List of Experts for the negotiated settlement of company crises pursuant to art 3, par. 3, of Law Decree no. 118/2021, amended by Law no. 147/2021, and subsequent amendments and additions, kept by the Chamber of Commerce of Milan, Monza Brianza and Lodi.

Elmira is responsible for LEXIA’s Foreign Direct Investment & Corporate Services department. ​ She joined LEXIA in 2019 and has held the role of Counsel since 2023. Elmira regularly supports Italian and foreign clients in relation to international expansion projects, with a focus also on the establishment and launch of startups. ​ Over the years it has gained great expertise in trademark protection and export control of dual use products. ​ He also assists Italian and foreign clients in the creation of family and special-purpose trusts. ​ In 2020 she was selected among the emerging professionals for having promoted and organized the diplomatic meeting in Italy with the current Iranian ambassador aimed at strengthening and increasing economic exchanges between Iran and the city of Florence. ​ In 2022 she was selected by M&A Awards as Lawyer of the Year 2022 for Start-Ups & Venture Capital. ​ She studied the issues of Iranian law in depth, obtaining recognition of his degree and title also in Iran. ​ Before starting his collaboration with LEXIA, he carried out his professional activity in Italy and abroad, in leading national and international firms. ​

Michele Mennoia has been responsible for LEXIA’s litigation department since joining the firm in September 2020. ​ Since 2024, he has also held the role of Partner. ​ Michele regularly assists Italian and foreign clients in civil, financial and corporate disputes before judicial authorities, in arbitration and ADR (alternative dispute resolution). He has gained significant experience in the aforementioned subjects as well as in the field of product recall by collaborating with Studio Chiomenti in Milan. ​

Silvia is a qualified lawyer also admitted to the Italian High Courts Bar. She leads LEXIA Litigation, Arbitration & Legal Risk Mitigation team and manages the team working on commercial, business, corporate and civil law of the Firm. Actually she is an experienced litigation lawyer, member of the Italian Bar (Rome) fluent in English, Spanish, French and Italian (with also a basic Portuguese and Arabic), having studied in Spain, France, USA and Italy. In approximately 18 years of practice, she has had the opportunity to represent clients in numerous disputes relating commercial matters, post M&A, corporate and competition matters, in the meantime acquiring extensive experience in insurance and financial litigation. Moreover, she has an extensive experience in litigation relating to several kind of matters involving foreign States, national banks or public entities having interest in Italy and/or EEUU. . She actually had the chance to represent clients in number of disputes concerning business related matters. In general, she represented clients in disputes, including urgent and interim measures proceedings, concerning international sale of goods and services, e-commerce and consumer law (she recently assisted one of the top three European web operators, working in the travel sector, in a litigation commenced by a big consumers’ association, for unfair commercial practices related to charges for the use of electronic way of payment), distribution and supply agreements (for example she assists, on regularly basis, a company working in the mass-printing sector). Moreover, she gained an extensive expertise in insurance and finance litigations. Silvia expertise is not only in trial, but also in the extra-judicial phase: actually she is often requested to use her litigator sensibility to assess risks and suggest solution to mitigate them, whether from breach of contract, professional negligence, business interruption events, or failure to comply with supply obligations. Moreover, she is often requested to review contracts (spa, supply, etc.) which are not anymore profitable for her clients, being requested, in such cases, to assess actual risks of a breach and to help the client in finding out the "cheaper" exit-strategy.
