Anja advises clients on competition law aspects of their day-to-day business operations and is specialized in coordinating complex multijurisdictional merger control procedures as well as various risk assessments associated with merger control rules. She often advises clients from regulated industries.

Anja is exceptionally experienced in financial services, telecommunication, pharma and FMCG industries, where she advised on numerous multijurisdictional merger control matters and complaint cases.
