Abbe Arnold
Abbe is regularly instructed in both defence and prosecution work; as leading and junior counsel. This work includes cases of armed robbery, arson, serious violence, large scale drug trafficking, serious and complex fraud, as well as a whole range of sex offences. As a grade 3 prosecutor, she has conducted several multi-handed trials, and has appeared as junior counsel in several high-profile cases. Abbe is used to dealing with factually complex cases, that often involve the use of expert evidence.  When defending, she has successfully challenged and won cases in which the prosecution heavily relied on expert evidence. Advising on applications to the Criminal Cases Review Commission are one of Abbe’s specialties. She has dealt with a large volume of Appeals against both conviction and sentence. These have involved cases of murder, armed robbery, GBH and large-scale drug importations. Throughout her practice, Abbe has represented many private clients - securing acquittals in prosecutions for serious sexual, violent, and road traffic offences.  Similarly, where Defendants have opted not to contest the charges, she has represented private clients at sentencing hearings for large scale drugs importations, sex offences and offences of dishonesty – securing very favourable sentences on their behalf.

Callum Ratcliffe
Callum has been a criminal clerk since 2014, where he met both Joel and Leon, accumulating over 10 years’ experience in the legal sector. Callum holds the position as 1st Junior Clerk and his roles involve dealing with diary management, the day to day operating of the diary, all aspects of case administration and delivering professional services with the highest of quality to our clients and enquiries received via both phone and e-mail from either solicitors, CPS and barristers within chambers. Callum has recently in 2021 completed the Bar Council's Public Access for clerks course, which enables him to support barristers when accepting Public Access instructions. Callum also deals with the out of hours phone calls for court cover.
Charles Burton

Emily Winter
Emily is responsible for all aspects of Rose Court Chambers’ billing and fees collection. In addition to this she also manages Chambers’ financial administration. Emily has over 10 years’ experience as a fees clerk, and previously was a fees clerk at Furnival Chambers for 5 years before coming to Rose Court. She has proven herself to be highly proficient in all types of criminal billing, for both defence and prosecution. She will always utilise her experience and knowledge to make sure counsel are remunerated to the fullest extent possible.
Erin Kitson-Parker
In 2017, Erin obtained a First Class Honours degree and Masters in Law at Northumbria University. Erin completed the BPTC throughout her degree and attained a Very Competent. She continues to mentor students currently undertaking the BPTC. Erin worked for the Ministry of Justice, as one of the youngest legal advisers in the country before pursuing a career at the bar. Throughout her practice, Erin has experience of prosecuting and defending in all types of criminal proceedings. Erin is instructed in both the Magistrates and the Crown Court.  Her practice is steered towards a criminal defence. She is described as approachable with clients. Last year, Erin gained a Direct Access Qualification.
Graeme Wilson
Leading Junior Counsel. Criminal defence. Graeme Molloy

Helen Douglass-Dixon
As well as having an extensive background in criminal defence, Helen completed pupillage with the Crown Prosecution Service in London and therefore brings a unique knowledge and understanding of both sides of the criminal justice system. John Briant
John qualified as a barrister after two and a half decades working as a police station representative. His practice covers the full range of criminal defence work, but he has particular interests in working with vulnerable defendants and juveniles and in protest law. As well as his significant publicly funded practice, John takes on work from privately paying clients which he uses to support his pro bono work with those who cannot afford representation. He also keeps up his police station defence work, which both informs and adds another dimension to his practice.

Lady-Gené Waszkewitz
Lady-Gené has experience defending on a broad range of matters including dishonesty offences, drugs, violence and knife crime. Mark Fraser

Peter Moulson KC
During his career as Silk; Peter has been instructed in lengthy, complex, joint-enterprise murder and manslaughter cases for the Prosecution and Defence. He has prosecuted and defended in multi-defendant international and domestic conspiracy cases. He has appeared in homicide cases involving loss of self-control, self-defence, abnormality of mental functioning, and cases involving complex medical-causation issues.
