Seun Timi-Koleolu is a Founding Partner at Pavestones, a female-led modern full-service law practice situated in Lagos, Nigeria. She is a leading lawyer with expertise in Technology Law, Corporate & Commercial Law, M&A, Foreign Direct Investments, Data Protection, amongst others.

She has substantial experience in protecting the interest of businesses in various industries and driving the successful completion of major regional and cross border transactions. Seun has played a pivotal role in structuring from a legal standpoint, the successful entry into and operation in the Nigerian market by foreign direct investors. She has advised on numerous high-value finance transactions, including recently guiding international impact investors on their investment in
Nigeria.

In view of her contributions to legal practice, Seun has been recognized as one of the World’s Leading Practitioners in Banking & Fintech under the 2026 Lexology Index guide (formerly Who’s Who Legal). She has been consistently recognized in Chambers & Partners directory, including the 2026 directory, as a Leading Lawyer in Fintech.
