She also advises and supports her clients in ensuring ease of repatriation of profits from Nigeria.Furthermore, Seun guides various Startups/ Technology companies in navigating the Nigerian legal and regulatory landscape and operating within the confines of the law. Notable transactions in this regard include: Legal Adviser to a global Fintech company providing mobile money services. Leading the team in advising the First Micro Insurance Technology company in Nigeria. Led the team in advising a startup on its acquisition by a Unicorn. Leading the team in providing legal and regulatory compliance support to one of the First Biometric Payment Servicing Platforms in Nigeria. Advising and structuring investment deals on behalf of investors to ensure they utilize the best structure in investing in startups in Nigeria and in other countries. Leading the team in supporting a Technology Service Provider (head office in Greece) in structuring its agreements and obtaining the licenses required to ensure the easy repatriation of its profits out of Nigeria.
