Aderonke is a Partner and co-founder of Pavestones.

Her practice areas include; finance, technology, fintech and foreign investment.

She has led a number of notable transactions in the firm. Some of her most recent and relevant work experience include;

• Leading a team that is currently advising and supporting a client in the establishment of a Finance Company and obtaining a Finance Company license from the Central Bank of Nigeria;

• Led a team that has recently advised and supported a client in the establishment of a microfinance bank and obtaining a microfinance bank license from the Central Bank of Nigeria;

• Led a team that advised a French based media-technology company in relation to the provision of content conversion and transmission services on behalf of a local tv company in Nigeria;

• Currently advising a client in relation to an investment and potential acquisition of equity in a modular refinery in Nigeria;

• Currently advising a technology company that has deployed a wholesale trading platform in connection with its legal requirements in Nigeria;

• Currently supporting a global fintech company with obtaining a money lenders license in Nigeria;

• Currently advicing a fintech startup which provides a technology platform for financial services including bill payments, air time and data subscriptions, remittances, amongst others to customers in Nigeria;

• Currently advicing a real estate firm in connection with investments in the Nigerian real estate market;

• Currently acting as legal adviser to a hospitality and lifestyle management company in Nigeria.
