Petr’s role primarily involves corporate law, transaction advisory services, real estate law and tax law. He has experience with providing Czech and international clients with comprehensive legal advice related to sales, acquisitions and transformations of corporations.

As part of his advisory services, he has also assisted investors with setting up a contractual framework governing relations in the post-transaction phase. His area of expertise also includes project and acquisition finance.
