Ladislav primarily specialises in personal data protection law, and labour and corporate law. Ladislav has extensive experience in assessing the impacts of European legislation on Czech legislation. He has been engaged in a number of projects relating to the adoption of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
He also provides comprehensive advisory services relating to compliance and legislative compliance to foreign investors. In addition, Ladislav provides his clients with services focused on contract or competition law.
