LEE’S ROLE & EXPERIENCE

Lee heads up the team with the help of his Associate Director and Practice Director. Lee has practiced as a specialist employment solicitor for over 20 years, formerly as a Partner with a leading UK law firm. Lee advises SMEs to PLCs and has a wealth of experience in successfully helping businesses with all aspects of employment law from the day to day to complex reorganisations, TUPE, senior executive removals and disputes through to Tribunal defence too. Lee is listed in the leading regional Legal 500 along with our team.

Lee has significant experience in:

- Post termination and confidentiality breaches and injunctive relief work; - TUPE transfers and consultations; - Senior executive disputes and removals; - Re-organisations and restructures in various sectors from healthcare and manufacturing through to independent education; - Agency and self-employed contracts and related claims; and - Employment Tribunal defence, advocacy and claims.

Lee has spoken, on invitation, on various aspects of employment law for a variety of different groups across the UK.
