Pro bono and mentoring: As a law firm we emphasize on the importance of pro bono work to highlight worthy causes. We believe in contributing in every way we can to raise awareness for significant social issues, and we act upon it on every occasion. We provide legal assistance to NGOs and volunteer at Institutions. Last year, Penny Kontogeorgou legally assisted AURORA, an NGO for hematological diseases awareness, with its digital marketing agreement needs to promote its cause. Since the start of their individual careers, Mina Zoulovits and Penny Kontogeorgou have valued the startup ecosystem and have actively supported innovative young entrepreneurs along their business steps. The partners have mentored dozens of inspiring start-up companies through incubators and accelerators, including initiatives such as ELTRUN, Greek Startup Universe, StartupLab by AD&PRLab 2020, Youth Entrepreneurship Club by Start-up Europe Week 2016-2017.

Education, training and policymaking: Our partners, Mina Zoulovits and Penny Kontogeorgou have an extensive background in education, having carried out numerous educational programs and training courses, in Schools, vocational training centers and other educational organizations, addressed to both legal practitioners and business-oriented professionals.

Some examples include legal training in educational courses organized by Institutions such as ELTRUN, Athens Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation (ACEIN), Athens University of Economics (ΟΠΑ), Center of Sustainable Entrepreneurship Excelixi S.A., seminars conducted under the auspices of established publishing houses and educational centers, such as Nomiki Vivliothiki, the Center for European Constitutional Law (Tsatsos Foundation), presentations in international business and legal summer schools (e.g., Penny Kontogeorgou has been a member faculty of the eBiz International School on Electronic Business by Aegean University and economic university, Department of Information and Communication Systems Engineering, for many years, 2017-2023, while Mina Zoulovits was hosted last year in ECM Summer School) and interventions in several conferences.

Our law firm is dedicated to promoting the interests of digital and online entrepreneurship through active policymaking, with the aim to create an efficient legal framework for businesses. Mina Zoulovits has taken part in numerous law-making committees including the implementation of Regulation 2019/1150/ΕU, the amendments to Consumer Protection Law 2251/1994, (for the adoption of Directives 2011/83/EC and 2013/11/EC and law 4512/2018), either as member of the respective Committees or as legal expert, representing institutions such as GRECA, both at national and European level (e.g., E-commerce Europe and European expert groups)
