Gail is a solicitor and former barrister with over 30 years of experience in litigation and dispute resolution across an extensive range of cases including commercial disputes, equity proceedings, defamation proceedings and general litigation at superior court level. Gail has a broad range of legal and advocacy skills which she utilises for the benefit of the firm’s clients to resolve their most complex disputes.

Director Georgia Arya is a Director in our Hotels team bringing over 16 years of experience acting on major projects and transactions in Australia, the Middle East, East Africa, Asia, Europe, United Kingdom and America. Her experience spans various sectors liaising with numerous company boards, shareholders and government entities. Her previous tenure as a Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel saw Georgia responsible for the legal affairs of a group of companies overseeing major projects and other business entities held in respective portfolios.

John Momitsas is a Senior Associate in our Real Estate team, bringing over 10 years of experience in the legal industry. He acts for Australian and international investors, developers, fund managers, government departments and private clients. John has advised and assisted his clients across a broad range of commercial real estate transactions throughout Australia, including acquisitions and disposals, leasing, developments, as well as the provision of property-related and titling advice.

Senior Associate Meri is a Senior Associate in our Real Estate and Hotels team with over 13 year’s of experience. Meri has acted for various institutional and private sector property and hotel owners, developers, and financiers on a wide range of commercial transactions. She leads on due diligence, pre-exchange contractual negotiations and completion matters for our clients’ most important transactions. She has represented institutional property owners such as AMP Capital, Challenger, Dexus, and Mirvac, Elanor Hotels Group, Time & Place Property and Avari Capital Partners.
