Corporate and M&A: The corporate team is integrated by experienced lawyers in the area, who are able to analyze, plan and organize the corporate structures according to the strategic planning developed for each company, based on the rules inherent to each of them. After careful study, our team devises the appropriate contractual instruments in order to optimize operational, financial and tax activities of our client’s business, aligned with shareholder agreements tailored to minimize partner’s litigation risk.

We provide support to a variety of corporate transactions, such as partial and total corporate dissolution, merger and demerger, incorporation, corporate type transformation, accompanying all registration procedures before the competent governmental bodies. Beyond that, the firm assists in due diligence procedures, shareholder agreements, and all matters related to corporate and governance issues.
