Flaviana Rampazzo Soares is a lawyer with strong academic background, holding Master’s and Doctor’s degrees in Law conferred by the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul, and having published numerous books and articles, specially dedicated to the matters of her expertise. Flaviana has over 20 years of experience in Contract and in Corporate Law, working in complex civil lawsuits, especially addressing civil liability. She is a Visiting Professor in Post-Graduation courses, writes legal expert opinions and acts as an arbitrator in arbitration proceedings. Founder and member of the Board of Directors of the Brazilian Institute of Civil Liability Studies, editor of Law Magazine, she develops academic research in Private Law, with emphasis on Medical and Contract Law.
