Amanda graduated at Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul in 2017, has participated in several national and international arbitral competitions (CAMARB and VISMOOT), as moot and as coach of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul’s team. She holds a master’s in law degree (2021), obtained through research conducted on contract law and guarantees. In 2020, she was a visiting scholar at Max Planck Institute for comparative and international Private Law Hamburg to research for master. Even been a young lawyer, she has published many academic works in her area of expertise and represents clients in complex civil and arbitral proceedings, especially in disputes involving contract, corporate law and construction issues, having accomplished many positive results.
