Lenine Mariano da Rocha has a strong business background, with 13 years’ experience in the European market acting in high management advisement and participating in complex M&A processes. She is graduated in Informatics and Law, holding a “cum laude” master’s degree in business at the University of Maastricht Business School (UMBS), in the Netherlands, and a master’s degree in law at Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, focused on contract law. She joined our corporate and litigation teams in 2019, and since them is working as trusted advisor for contract and corporate matters, using her business skills to provide inventive legal solutions to our clients. Having published articles in her areas of expertise, she also teaches as invited Professor at post-graduation law courses.
