Ana graduated in 2003 at the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande Do Sul (PUCRS). In the subsequent years, engaged in a postgraduate specialization program, becoming a specialist in International Private Law (2005), as well as obtained a master’s in law degree from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (2007). Due to her vast experience in dealing with high-tension familiar and commercial conflicts, Ana has developed her soft and hard skills as well as numerous other negotiation techniques. Beyond that, Ana has published articles and a book chapter in her area of expertise.
