Veridiana is a specialist in Labor, Social Security, and Business Law. She has more than 20 years of experience in labor and social security law, and strong strategic performance in litigation, consulting, and union cases; in issues involving risk mapping, legal audits, labor compliance, internal labor inquiries, management of leaves, LGPD compliance projects, and customized conduct of legal and administrative proceedings. Veridiana also acts in strategic labor litigation in individual and collective claims, proceedings filed by the Labor Prosecutor’s Office, and the Ministry of Labor and Social Security. She is a University Professor, Legal Director of the Brazilian Association of Human Resources (ABRH-SP), and Lecturer.
