Leandro holds a Master's degree in Constitutional Law and Tax Procedural Law from PUCSP, with additional specializations in Tax Law and Tax Procedural Law also from PUCSP. Leandro has extensive experience in highly complex tax litigation with national repercussions, defending the interests of both national and international companies before the highest Judicial and Administrative Courts in Brazil. He has also successfully resolved numerous cases involving corporate tax liabilities, including significant successes in major lawsuits, tax installments, and transactions. Additionally, he has experience in tax consulting and auditing with Big Four firms. He is a professor and lecturer in Tax Law, Constitutional Law, and Civil Procedural Law and serves as a Counselor on the Fiscal Resources Council (JRT) of the Municipal Government of Campinas.
