The transaction was approved by the CADE in the beginning of January 2023 and the closing took place in February, 2023. Our team had a strategical role, supporting Iplasa Indústria e Comércio de Produtos Domissanitários Ltda.’s quotaholders in the legal and commercial aspects in connection with the negotiations, considering the challenging timetable agreed for the signing of the transaction, and all the particularities of the period (Brazilian elections and World Cup), as well as the multiple quotaholders’ interests and goals in connection with the transaction.
