Moncey Avocats is an independent law firm founded in April 2021 by a team of five experienced partners, namely Frédéric Pinet, David Malamed, Guillaume Giuliani, Frédéric Bosc and Marie-Victoire James, joined in 2022 by Philippe Lauzeral and in 2023 by Pierre-Alain Bouhénic and Fabrice de La Morandière.

The firm comprises today around 40 professionals.
