• Halk Yapı Projeleri Geliştirme A.Ş., (“Halk Yapı”) with a capital of TL 15 million, was established by Halk GYO, a major project developer in Turkey, supported by Halkbank. Consultancy services were provided to Sigma Engineering regarding the negotiation of the Service Agreement and the protection of client rights regarding the Project Management and Consultancy and Supervision Services of the Design and Construction Process of the Kocaeli Dilovası Industrial Center Project which was put into a tender process by Halk Yapı.

• All contracts to be concluded with the contractors for advisory contract, static project service contract, energy service contract, project service contract, construction contract, excavation contract, electricity project service contract, ground contract, electrical infrastructure related to the construction of the administrative building, logistics warehouse with 23.000 m² closed area on the land located in Dudullu, Ümraniye/Istanbul, have been prepared by Fırat Gültekin & Partners.
