Ziya Fırat Gültekin mainly specializes in commercial and corporate law, capital markets, legal dispute resolution and project & financing, and has extensive experience in national and international projects in the fields of mergers and acquisitions and competition law.

His clients consist of domestic and foreign natural and legal persons, holding companies and various company structures, specializing in their industries, operating in various sectors, primarily trade, energy, construction, real estate, finance, investment, and capital markets.

Ziya Fırat Gültekin provides legal and consultancy services to his clients in the national and international fields within the relevant legal departments. In addition, he has legal experience in the preparation of many commercial contracts such as financial leasing, export, construction, share transfer, share pledge, sales, distributorship, service, dealership, license, brand transfer agreements, mergers, and international partnerships. Apart from all of these, he provides effective legal consultancy services to his clients in the management of projects related to processes such as tenders, mergers and acquisitions, company liquidation.

He gave lectures about his expert subjects in many universities and academies as a lecturer, in addition to giving seminars to non-governmental organizations and business associations operating in commercial circles.
