Sevgi İlter is the General Coordinator and Managing Partner of Fırat Gültekin & Partners. She advises foreign investors both internationally and in Turkey and assists them in their transactions.

Sevgi İlter's practice focuses on corporate governance, investigations, work permits, termination process, collective dismissal, management of peace-release protocol processes, management and supervision of client companies' human resources unit, and dispute resolution. In addition, Sevgi İlter, who provides legal support to clients with her expertise in commercial crimes, anti-corruption, criminal law, and general corporate law, also holds the title of mediator and offers both mandatory and optional mediation services.
