Bilal Gezer is the Managing Partner of Fırat Gültekin & Partners and has many years of experience in the field of enforcement law.

Mr. Gezer provides legal support and advocacy services with his years of experience and expert team in all kinds of business and disputes arising from enforcement and bankruptcy law, such as the follow-up and collection of receivables, execution of concordat and bankruptcy processes, representation of clients before institutions and courts in cases arising from enforcement and bankruptcy law. In addition, with his experience of more than 10 years in the profession and his expertise in Intellectual and Industrial Rights Law, his advisory and legal services comprise of registration applications for trademarks, patents, utility models, designs, stopping, prohibiting, and eliminating infringement on intellectual and industrial property rights, obtaining material and moral compensation, unfair competition, etc. He provides all kinds of legal support to its clients in areas such as the execution of investigation and prosecution processes within the scope of combating counterfeiting and legal cases.
